Vendors may set up Tuesday 7/26 from 2-7:00 pm or Wednesday morning, 7/27.

No fountain pop, no lids or straws please.
Vendors will receive parking pass & assigned parking
INSURANCE: You must provide commercial or personal general liability insurance name Westfair as additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000 in aggregate for bodily injury and/or property damage. Westfair assumes no liability for any damage or injury to any property of the vendor or employees.
HEALTH Requirements: vendors must maintain a clean booth, have a health permit and comply with all regulations. A food inspector will inspect booths during the week.
TAXES: Vendors are responsible for collection and payment of Iowa Sales tax.
Payment, Completed Application, and Proof of Insurance must be received to reserve your spot.
No Refunds. This event will be held rain or shine.
